Mindful Living: From Knowing to Experiencing, From Experiencing to Embodying

Mt Tamborine July 22-23 @ Vonda Youngman Community Centre, North Tamborine

Brisbane August 12th @ dhamma and co, 35 Suncroft Street, Mount Gravatt Q

Can't attend an upcoming workshop - enquire about  hosting a workshop in your area! Nowhere is too far!

These one and two day workshops are many years in the making. Drawing on theoretical and practical examples from mindfulness, psychology and yoga, stop thinking about mindfulness and start being Mindful, and learn to integrate this into day to day life.  The workshops are for anyone interested in being happier and less stressed in life; for anyone who is interested in learning more about themselves and why they do certain things (you know, those habits we all have that we wish we didn't!); those wanting to practice more self love and compassion; those wishing to improve relationships with people and to overall live more presently!! Learn more about the Mind Body connection and bridge this chasm. The days consist of theory, practice and self reflection (using the Mindful Living Workbook).  Put your 'mindful glasses' on and see yourself and the world differently.

Day 1: From Knowing to Experiencing

• Become aware of old habit patterns and learn to break them
• Learn how to unite the mind and body in the present moment and bring mindfulness into everyday life aka peace, stillness and relaxation
