Example itinerary*:

Day 1: Check in at 12pm - enjoy drinks and canapes on arrival.

Start cooking a feast for lunch

Welcome gentle afternoon yoga class

Prepare dinner, with our Italian family

Day 2: Morning yoga class

Day trip to the local fish and produce markets to gather ingredients

Afternoon of Mindfulness practice - calming the inner storm

Cook up a dinner storm

End the night with a gentle pre bed meditation (if the Italian wine permits)

Day 3: Morning walk along the waterfront followed by yoga by the beach

Practice a deeper meditation followed by a trip into town for a spa and massage

Cook up the evening feast

Day 4: Morning Yoga before a day trip to see the Trulli, and explore the beautiful Puglia countryside

Rest at home before a mindfulness practice - self compassion

Prepare an evening meal, while learning some of the local language

Day 5: Morning yoga class followed by a walk through the local village.  Meet and engage with the locals.  Purchase local oils and pottery - two things Puglia is VERY famous for

Prepare a feast for lunch

Afternoon meditation practice - still the mind

Prepare dinner including liqueurs

Day 6: Morning yoga and meditation

Walk around the Masseria, learning about the local ingredients

Check out at 12pm

*The itinerary may change depending on weather and availability 

Getting there:  there are three airports nearby.  Arrive at Bari airport and be greeted by your hosts and transported to the Masseria, as part of your retreat fee.  Arrive in either Rome or Milan and catch the train to Bari Central, where you will be greeted by your hosts and transported to the Masseria, as part of your retreat fee.  If you require any support in booking transport, please do not hesitate to contact us!
